1. Manufacturers related laboratory (hereinafter referred to as laboratory) made a preliminary oral or written application.

2. Applicant CE-marking application form and application, product manuals and technical documents should be sent to laboratory (if necessary, require the applicant to provide a prototype.)

3. Laboratory testing standards and test items to determine and offer.

4. Applicants to verify pricing, and related technical documents and samples sent to laboratory.

5. The applicant to provide technical documents.

6. Laboratory fee notice issued to the applicant, the applicant notice required to pay the charges certification costs.

7. Laboratory for product testing and review of technical documents.

8. Technical documents reviewed include:

a file is perfect.

b file is the official language by the European Community (English, German or French) writing.

9. If the technical documentation provided incomplete or using language laboratory will notify the applicant of improvement.

10. If the test failed, the laboratory will notify the applicant, to allow the applicant to improve the product. So, until the test pass. The original application the applicant should make changes to the technical information in order to reflect the actual situation after the change.
