1. 标准名称—EN 12878:2014(建筑颜料CE认证)
EN 12878:2014 Pigments for the colouring of building materials based on cement and/or lime-Specifications and methods of test.
EN 12878:2014水泥和/或石灰基建筑材料着色用颜料 规范和试验方法。EN 12878:2005/AC:2006标准将更新为EN12878:2014.
建筑产品颜料包括氧化铁颜料、氧化铁红颜料、氧化铁黄颜料、氧化铁黑颜料、氧化铬颜料、氧化钛颜料、氧化锰颜料、氧化钴颜料、氧化镍颜料、氧化铝颜料、氧化锑颜料，群青颜料，钛白粉颜料等。

2. EN 12878:2014标准适用范围
This British Standard is the UK implementation of EN 12878:2014. It supersedes BS EN 12878:2005 which is withdrawn.
The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted to Technical Committee STI/1, Pigments.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard; either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2014 and confliction national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by January 2016.

3. 建筑颜料CE认证强制时间
2007年1月1日起，所有在欧盟市场销售的建筑颜料都必须经过CE认证，其产品加贴CE标识，才能在市场范围内销售。建筑颜料CE认证根据EN 12878:2014标准进行认证。

4．建筑颜料CE认证产品认证法规及体系
建筑颜料CE认证根据欧盟建筑产品法规CPR:305/2011/EU-CPR法规，采用2+产品认证体系。从2013年7月1日起，欧盟颁布的建筑产品CPR法规(Construction Product Regulation简称305/2011/EU-CPR法规)将全面取代原来的建筑产品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive简称89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，欧盟CPR法规将对CE认证要求更加严格。

5．建筑颜料CE认证进行如下初步测试评估

Resistance to weathering
Thermal stability
Residue on sieve
PH value

6. 颜料CE认证主要测试项目如下
